Front Office Guidelines
- Marketing will be providing front office the coupons for the free frappe.
- Free frappe coupons must be issued to guest upon check in and must inform the guest that the coupons is required upon redemption of the Frappe at the Royal Lancaster Café.
Royal Lancaster Café Guidelines
- Please make sure that the coupons must be collected upon redemption of the Frappe.
- The RL Café may bill the hotel on a weekly basis for all the consumed Frappe. Please make sure that the coupons must be attached on the billing for Audit for purposes. Billing without attached coupons will not be paid.
